Running for Softies is a 5-week running programme, designed for beginners who are new to running.

Each session will last 50 minutes and is taught by Sarah-Jane; a fully qualified personal trainer and former professional middle distance runner.

 

 As well as the running programme, you will receive specific help with appropriate stretching and injury prevention. Please do not delay in booking, places are extremely limited.

Advanced running posture

 

Efficient breathing

 

Personal safety

 

Injury prevention

 

Stretching techniques

Learn to pace yourself

 

Full 5-week programme costs £40 per person, £32 for students.
